The Cluster 4 River Basin is located within the MIMAROPA Region, specifically within the Southern Palawan. The cluster is consisting of five principal river basins namely, Iwahig Penal, Inagawan, Aborlan, Malatgao, and Batang-batang. The cluster also covers 19 minor watersheds located in-between the five principal river basins. The entire cluster has an area of 147,797 hectares. It covers the City of Puerto Princesa and the municipalities of Aborlan, Narra, and Quezon. In addition, a total of 50 barangays that were under the jurisdiction of these areas are within the cluster.
